On an actual get-out-of-your-pajamas-lets-go-somewhere kind of date? That would be Cheesecake Factory. (And yes, it was delicious.)

Probably the last time we went to the drive-in. Ditto for the more question.
4. Using a dating websites do you think you are more likely to find a “hook up“ or a relationship?
I’m sure it depends what you’re looking for and which site you use. Since I’ve never done the online dating thing myself, I really wouldn’t have any clue.
5. Do you have any special “first” date rituals? Flowers, certain restaurant, ect.
I haven’t been on a first date in over three years, so nope!
BONUS QUESTION: Do you believe in sex on the first date? Can a relationship bloom if you have sex on the first date?
I probably wouldn’t do it, but I know plenty of people who have. I think it depends on the people involved, and it’s really nobody else’s business.
